Grand Forks, ND – Altru Health System’s website (www.altru.org) has won the Interactive Media Awards (IMA) Best in Class Award. This is the highest honor from IMA and represents the very best in planning, execution and overall professionalism.
The site had to successfully pass through a comprehensive judging process, achieving high marks in design, content, feature functionality, usability and standards compliance and cross-browser compatibility. Of 63 entries submitted in the ‘Hospital’ category, only Altru was named Best in Class with a total of 488 points out of 500, scoring perfectly in content and feature functionality. According to the IMA, altru.org represents the highest standards in professionalism, standards compliance and impeccable planning and execution, and is considered one of the world’s most well-executed websites.
Altru’s website is built on Geonetric’s VitalSite content management system. All of the content and functionality on the site is presented responsively, which means it responds to an array of devices and screen sizes to present an optimal user experience.
