Dr. Miltiadis (Miltos) Douvoyiannis Joins Altru Health System

Altru Health System, Grand Forks, ND –Miltiadis Douvoyiannis, MD, joins Altru’s pediatrics team. Dr. Douvoyiannis earned a degree in medicine from the University of Athens Medical School in Greece. He completed a pediatric residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Douvoyiannis completed a fellowship in pediatric infectious disease at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in Bronx, New York. He returned to Greece to work as a general pediatrician and pediatric infectious disease specialist. Most recently, he served as an assistant professor at the University Of Oklahoma for pediatric hospitalist/pediatric infectious diseases. Dr. Douvoyiannis is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and member of the American Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society.
