Parkwood Senior Living Exceeds National Quality Standard
Grand Forks, ND - Parkwood Senior Living recently earned recognition from the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) for retaining quality staff in 2013. Exceeding NCAL's Quality Initiative Recognition Program's standard of a staff turnover rate below 30 percent, Parkwood achieved a rate of just 9.4 percent. The commitment of Parkwood's staff to residents and the facility creates a safe, familiar and comfortable environment.
"We are pleased to be recognized by NCAL and know this is a result of our staff working together to make Parkwood a good place to live and work,” stated Linda Butler, executive director of Parkwood Senior Living. “We are fortunate to have excellent staff who are committed to the residents we serve. This recognition is a true indication of that commitment."
