At Altru Health System, the needs of the patient come first. The experience a patient has begins the moment a phone call is made to request an appointment or when someone first drives on to our campus. Each interaction thereafter forms the total experience with our organization. Our goal is to provide a clearly exceptional experience for patients and referrers.
Willingness To Recommend
Altru’s commitment to provide exceptional customer service is measured using surveys of patients following a stay or visit to one of our facilities. Patients are asked to rate their willingness to recommend Altru's services.
Altru also participates in the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey, designed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Results for each composite measure are shown below.
