Altru Announces Manager of Outreach Therapy Services

Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru Health System is proud to announce that April Kraemer has accepted the position of manager of outreach therapy services. April began her career with Altru 16 years ago as an occupational therapist. For the past three years, she has served in a leadership position as the supervisor for Altru’s outreach therapy sites in Minnesota. In October 2015, April assumed the interim outreach manager role, and she will transition into the permanent role immediately.

As manager, April will oversee daily operations, people resources and development of outreach therapy, including physical, occupational and speech therapies across the region. April earned a bachelor of science in occupational therapy from the University of North Dakota, and she is certified in Graston technique and as a lymphedema therapist. In her over 15 years of experience with Altru, April’s favorite aspect of her career is the people. She is most passionate about providing excellent patient care. Outside of work, April enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters, hunting, being outdoors and exercising.
