Altru Announces Manager of Specialty Services

Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru Health System is proud to announce that Margaret (Midge) Birkholz, RN, has accepted the position of Manager of Specialty Services. Her areas of responsibility include Nephrology, Wound/Vascular, Allergy, Neurology, GI and Pulmonology clinics. 

Midge has been with Altru Health System for 30 years and has 18 years of experience as a clinic office nurse. For the past 12 years, Midge has served as a Clinic Nursing Supervisor for a number of Altru clinic departments. Outside of work, Midge enjoys spending time with her family, attending her daughters competitive cheer competitions, reading and relaxing at the lake in Lengby, MN.
