Whether you do not have a private physician or are unable to arrange a timely appointment with your provider, we are available. Or, maybe you just want convenient access to care for your non-emergent needs, Altru is available.
Walk-in Clinics
Altru’s walk-in clinics accommodate acute illness or injury with short notice.
Altru Family Medicine Center
Monday – Friday: 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
Altru’s Pediatrics Clinic
Altru’s Pediatric Clinic is located on the main level of Altru Main Clinic.
Monday – Friday: 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
Saturday: 8:30 - 11 a.m.
Altru Clinic | Crookston
Monday – Thursday: 5 – 7 p.m.

Extended Hours
Family Medicine at Altru Professional Center offers evening clinic hours, so patients can schedule same day appointments for non-emergency care. To schedule your appointment, call 701.732.7600.

Urgent Care
When You Should Get Care
Come and see a provider in urgent care/walk-in clinic if you are experiencing:
- Cold and flu symptoms
- Minor fracture
- Muscle pulls/sprains
- Sinus pain
- Infection
- Strep throat
- Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
- Fever
- Joint pain
- Childhood illness (i.e. pink eye, rash, impetigo)
- Other minor health conditions
You should go directly to the Emergency Room if you have:
- Serious injuries
- Breathing issues
- Chest pains
- Cuts (needing stitches)
- Stroke symptoms (i.e. one-sided numbness or speech problems and chest pain)
In an emergency, call 911.
