Trauma Center

Altru Health System is a Level II Trauma Center serving northeastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota, caring for approximately 600 cases per year. This designation from the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma and the North Dakota Department of Health attests to the high quality of care trauma patients at Altru receive.
