What is yourlens.com?

Yourlens.com is a third-party vendor which enables Altru patients to securely purchase contact lenses online. With yourlens.com, you’re able to easily access your eye prescription, order your contact lenses and have your lenses delivered straight to your door. No more phone calls or waiting to pick up your contact lenses – simply login to your account, click and ship!

How do I sign up?

It’s easy – all you need to get registered is an email address. Our nursing staff will verify your information and confirm your contact lens prescription. 

Not registered yet?  Call 701.780.6052, and we’ll get you started with a username and password. Or, message your provider’s office at altru.org/myhealth.  

Why are you offering online ordering for contact lenses?

We are committed to enhancing your experience and providing flexibility that meets your lifestyle. Ordering your contact lenses online is an easy, convenient and secure option available to you 24/7.

I do not have internet access. I do not want to order my contacts online.

No problem! We understand that not everyone is comfortable with ordering online. Feel free to tell your nurse or Altru’s Eye Department reception staff, and they’ll be happy to order them for you.

I am unable to log in/register my account. 

If you have not yet registered and received a username and password from your nurse, you will not be able to log into your account. Your nurse will provide your username and password during your visit. A registration confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide. 

I am almost out of contact lenses. How do I reorder?

Reordering is quick and easy. Just log in to your account at altru.org/mycontacts, and your lenses will be at your doorstep in no time. 

My contact lens prescription is expired.

Annual eye exams and routine eye maintenance are important to keep your eyes healthy. If your prescription is expired or if things are looking blurry, visit Altru’s Eye Department and we’ll get you back in focus. Request an appointment today at altru.org/myhealth.

Why am I receiving email notifications? 

As part of the registration process, your nurse will send you an email with your username/password and a login link. You will also receive an email notification when it’s time to reorder and when you are due for your annual eye exam.
