
Grand Forks, N.D. – Patrick Walsh, MD is joining Altru Orthopedics & Sports Medicine as a sports medicine provider. He specializes in non-operative musculoskeletal conditions.
“I am motivated by being able to help patients return to the activities they enjoy,” states Dr. Walsh.
Dr. Walsh earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. He then completed his general surgery internship at Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Walsh went on to complete a family medicine residency and sports medicine fellowship at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, Indiana. Outside of work, Dr. Walsh enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys being outside, particularly running, cycling and snowboarding.
