Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru Health System and East Grand Forks Parks and Recreation will host the Healthy & Fit Fair on May 23 at the East Grand Forks VFW Arena. This free, family-friendly event will be held from 3-7 p.m. and will feature door prizes, booths with health & wellness offerings and educational seminars.
