Altru Announces Manager of Payer Reimbursement
Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru Health System is proud to announce that Teresa Moe was recently promoted to Manager of Payer Reimbursement. Teresa has been a member of the Altru family since 2006, working as a certified coder, reimbursement analyst and, over the last five years, serving as supervisor of reimbursement, audit and contract review. A graduate of both the University of North Dakota and Northland Community and Technical College, Teresa also achieved her Master of Business Administration from the University of Mary in 2010, and is a certified Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT).
In her new role, Teresa will oversee negotiation of insurance contracting, network management, payer relations, healthcare reform strategy, and compliance with commercial and governmental payer guidelines. Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage daughters, traveling, going to the lake and reading.
