Altru Health System Holiday Hours

Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru Health System announces holiday hours for its locations in Grand Forks, East Grand Forks and the surrounding region. The holiday schedule is in place to ensure continuity of patient care and access during the holiday season.


The following hours include Altru’s Clinics, outpatient therapy (physical, occupational, speech and hand therapy), Altru’s Hospice, Yorhom Medical Essentials, Dak Minn Blood Bank, Truyu Aesthetic Center and Altru Alliance Gift Shop. This also includes early morning walk-in clinics and evening family medicine clinic. 

  • Thursday, November 22 | Closed all day
  • Friday, November 23 | Open all day
  • Monday, December 24 | Closed at 12 p.m.
  • Tuesday, December 25 | Closed all day
  • Monday, December 31 | Open all day
  • Tuesday, January 1 | Closed all day 

Altru pharmacies holiday hours include the following: 

Altru Retail Pharmacy:

  • November 22 | 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., 2 – 6 p.m.
  • December 24 | 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (no lunch closure)
  • December 25 | 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., 2 – 6 p.m.
  • January 1 | 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., 2 – 6 p.m. 

Altru Family Medicine Residency Pharmacy:

  • December 24 | 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
