Performance Dietitian

“After seeing how fine tuning my diet improved my performance as a collegiate hockey athlete, I was inspired to become a dietitian so that I could help other people feel the way I did - strong, confident, energized and happy. I now wake up every day with one goal in mind: helping others achieve the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves."

I like to really get to know my clients, finding out who they are and where they’ve been. It’s very difficult to help someone achieve their goals if I don’t know what motivates them, what they enjoy doing, what foods they love and how their day-to-day activities (work, family, etc.) influence their decisions and habits. When clients allow me to get to know them, I can better customize a plan that is sustainable, doable and most importantly, that they feel good about.

Interests and Hobbies

Sitting still is not my forte. I like to cook, bake, workout and spend time outdoors to keep busy. I'm very much a people person, so if you ever see me around please don't hesitate to say hello!
