Biography
Hans F. Joseph, DO is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Altru Advanced Orthopedics specializing in fracture care and poly trauma. He believes it’s the physician’s role to work with the body's natural healing processes to restore the person to health. In his free time, Dr. Joseph enjoys cooking and baking, hunting, fishing, hiking and gardening.

“My practice is different than most in that I meet most of my patients after a very traumatic event and injury (usually a broken bone). I attempt to put the patient and their loved ones at ease in this stressful time. I discuss options with them to choose the best treatment plan for them as an individual to help maximize their recovery and return them as closely to their prior level of function as possible.”
