Ana Dorr M.S.
Ana Dorr is a vibrant speaker who brings a fresh, international perspective to Cy Wakeman’s Reality-Based philosophy. As the very first Spanish - English certified Reality-Based Facilitator, Ana has created a new opportunity to bring the Reality-Based message to both English and Spanish speaking
leaders. She holds a Masters degree in International Business and a Bachelor s Degree in International Business and Finance. She is a full-time member of Cy Wakeman’s team and a certified facilitator handpicked to deliver the Reality-Based message in both Spanish and English. Her unique
background and international experience combined with her infectious energy to create a dynamic learning opportunity that inspires. The results seen from her facilitation of Cy’s programs are undeniable and audiences consistently rank her programs as one of the best they’ve ever seen.
Susan Luparell, PhD, RN, CNE, ANEF
Susan Luparell is a faculty member at Montana State University where she teaches in both the baccalaureate and graduate nursing programs. A Fellow in the Academy of Nursing Education, Susan is a nationally recognized speaker, researcher, and author on the topic of civility and incivility in nursing and nursing education, and the important role of educators in mitigating the issue. As a consultant her goal is to help faculty learn tangible strategies they can immediately use in their day to day work with students.
Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bradley University, a Master of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia, and a doctorate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Administration, Curriculum, and Instruction with an emphasis in Higher Education. Prior to moving into academia, she practiced as Clinical Nurse Specialist in the acute care setting.
Marky Medeiros, MSN RNC-OB
Marky began her journey as a staff nurse co-chairing an organization’s original Magnet® Steering Committee. She later went on to be the organization’s Magnet Program Director. She has led organizations through every phase of the Magnet® Journey and partnered with other nurses in implementation of shared governance, mentoring programs, peer review/peer feedback, professional advancement program, development of a Nursing Professional Practice Model and many other foundational structures needed for a successful journey to excellence. Marky has a passion to advocate for and support front line staff nurses. Her greatest joy is seeing nurses take pride in their accomplishments and realizing they make a significant difference is the lives of their patients. In her consulting work she enjoys partnering with organizations and sharing “lived” experiences to support their journey to excellence.
Heath believes that when we meaningfully connect with and inspire one another, we rise well beyond what we could do alone. Specializing in strategic communication and leadership, Heath is fascinated by human behavior and has built a career learning and sharing his insights with leading organizations around the world. In his keynotes, workshops and training sessions, Heath uses stories, studies and basic biology to show that trust is at the heart of it all. Heath is the only professional in Canada certified to deliver and facilitate the Principles of Persuasion, an evidence-based program based on the work of renowned psychologist Dr. Cialdini which dramatically enhances one’s ability to drive and inspire change. Heath has a degree from the Wharton School of Business. He works with clients across the world in a variety of industries including government, international affairs, consumer products, restaurant, hospitality, telecommunications, education, non-profit, financial and banking services. Heath lives in Montreal, Canada.
