We are seeking a board certified/board eligible pediatric hospitalist to join our multi-specialty health system. Our team is comprised of and known for:

  • 200+ Altru providers
    • 2 pediatric hospitalists
    • 2 pediatricians who support
  • Excellent RN to pediatric patient ratios on family care and for cuplets
  • Epic EMR
  • Mayo Clinic Care Network membership allows for on-site and remote visits with:
    • Pediatric cardiology partners
    • Pediatric forensic partners
  • Altru Care Flight team
  • 17-bed Level III NICU

Position Description:

  • Level II Trauma Center
  • Altru Hospital is a 277-bed hospital located in Grand Forks, ND
  • Our team is driven toward patient-centered care, doing what’s right and safety
  • You will find a positive, family-friendly work environment as well as community respect and regular positive feedback and recognition for this group of staff
  • Will work with residents on research and teaching opportunities through Altru’s Family Medicine Residency Program and the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences

Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary guarantee or your work RVUs, whichever is greater
