Current YMCA and Choice members are invited to join the upcoming Tai Chi for Arthritis & Falls Prevention classes that will be held Fridays at 10:15 a.m. at the Grand Forks, YMCA. The course will be instructed by Bill Vasicek, Community Safety Coordinator, at Altru Health System.
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention is a good way to start your journey to better health. Medical studies have shown that Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention improves the quality of life by relieving pain for people with arthritis and preventing falls for older adults.
With its gentle, fluid movements and proven health benefits, Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention:
