Altru Physical Therapist, Maureen Riley, will be offering yoga for true beginners to introduce the basic aspects of yoga to individuals who have difficulty getting on and off of the floor. Chairs and other supports will be used to assist.

The format will consist of four 60-minute sessions that will focus on the fundamentals of yoga. The classes will be limited to 5 people to allow for individual attention to alignment, modifications, and safe techniques. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend each session as the class will be progressive.
