End-of-life planning. Not easy to talk about, but important to do. What are advance directives? What is palliative care and/or hospice care? How can I decide about organ donation?

Altru, in partnership with LifeSource, Ethos Hospice, and Valley Senior Living, will be holding two End-of-Life educational panels on Thursday, May 18, 2023. The first one will be from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the Choice Health & Fitness community room (4401 S 11th St, Grand Forks, ND 58201). The second one later that day will be from 6 – 8 p.m. at Valley Senior Living on 42nd (4000 24th Ave S, Grand Forks, ND 58201).
Speakers on the panel will address topics such as advance directives, palliative care, hospice care, organ donation and other end-of-life topics. After each presenter speaks, they will be available to answer questions. Advance directive forms will be available to take home.
No need to RSVP. Just add one of the panel times to your calendar and come on Thursday, May 18, 2023!
