About Deborah

Deborah Nwafor, DO, is an emergency medicine physician at Altru Health System. Dr. Nwafor is passionate about emergency medicine because she grew up in a country where access to health care was very limited and she wants to be part of the change her community needed. Outside of work, Dr. Nwafor enjoys hiking, traveling, rooting for the Golden State Warriors, and spending time with her family and dog.
