Heidi Pagnac, PTA

Heidi is a physical therapists assistant with 22 years experience in providing Physical Therapy services to patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations. She has experience in outpatient settings, long term care, home health, and sports rehab. Outside of work, she enjoys running, instructing fitness classes, camping, biking, hiking, kayaking and traveling with my husband and 2 sons. She also keeps busy following my 2 sons sporting events.

Philosophy of Medicine

"I like to keep my patients involved in their care plan, goals and progress. I enjoy educating patients on healthy lifestyle changes that may help improve their quality of life and expedite their recovery while in therapy. I love the small town, rural aspect of health care which allows me to provide quality care yet give the patient that feeling like they don't have to leave home to get the care they need."
