Melissa Secord, CRNA

Melissa Secord is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and has been with Altru's anesthesia department since 2004. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, crossfit, and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys the promotion of health and wellness.

Philosophy of Medicine

"I have always been fascinated by human anatomy and physiology. Anesthesia offers a unique challenge of monitoring and caring for patient's physiology before, during, and after anesthesia. I love taking care of all age groups of patients and ensuring they have the best anesthetic experience possible."
