About Teresa

Teresa Smith, APRN, FNP-C is a family medicine doctor at Altru Health System. Currently, she is practicing as an APRN, while working on her Psychiatric Mental Health as a Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She was born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio. She is married to her wonderful and supporting husband for over 30 years, blessed with 2 lovely daughters and 2 great sons-in-law who are successful in marriage and their careers. Their daughters and sons-in-law have given them 4 wonderful grandchildren, who they love and adore. She is a practicing Christian, who loves her family, friends and many she connects with within her community and works with on a daily basis.
