MyChart is a secure, complimentary online portal that allows Altru & You with Medica members to access their electronic medical record and manage their healthcare around the clock, every day of the year, via computer, tablet or smartphone. All you need is the MyChart app, which is available for free on both the Google Play and App Store, and you can access your medical information from anywhere with internet service—whether you’re on vacation, waiting in the checkout line at the grocery store or watching your children’s soccer practice.

Your life is busy, and if you’re managing the healthcare of a loved one, such as a child, spouse or parent, convenience and seamlessness are top priorities. That’s why MyChart allows proxy access to family members’ health information. Once proxy access is granted, you can view family members’ medical records and manage their care in the same location where you keep track of your own—a level of convenience that makes life easier for you and the people who depend on you.
