If you have a scheduled appointment or plan to walk-in for care, you will be required to wear a mask. Please bring a cloth face covering or mask to wear upon entry to Altru facilities. You will be required to wear your mask throughout your time at Altru unless instructed by your care team. Patients in the hospital will be asked to wear a face covering when staff are in their room.
Altru is offering convenient walk-in care for both non-respiratory and respiratory symptoms at Altru Express Clinic.

Patients experiencing severe symptoms should call 911 or visit Altru’s
Emergency Room.
If you are experiencing symptoms, such as a fever, cough, or shortness of breath or have had close-exposure to persons with confirmed COVID-19, or have had recent travels to areas with confirmed cases, please call the Coronavirus Screening Hotline at 701.780.6358 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., 7 days a week before visiting an Altru location.
Regularly scheduled appointments can continue as planned. With the safety measures in place at Altru, we have safe care environments for all types of care. Please plan to wear a mask to your appointment if you have one. If you have questions about your appointment, please contact your provider’s office.
