Some departments may require patients and visitors wear masks depending on regulatory requirements.
Patients who have symptoms compatible with COVID-19 will be required to wear a mask when receiving care at an Altru facility.

Patients experiencing severe symptoms should call 911 or visit Altru’s
Emergency Room.
If you are experiencing symptoms, such as a fever, cough, or shortness of breath or have had close-exposure to persons with confirmed COVID-19, or have had recent travels to areas with confirmed cases, please call the Coronavirus Screening Hotline at 701.780.6358 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., 7 days a week before visiting an Altru location.
Regularly scheduled appointments can continue as planned. With the safety measures in place at Altru, we have safe care environments for all types of care. Please plan to wear a mask to your appointment if you have one. If you have questions about your appointment, please contact your provider’s office.
