Construction Activity Near Intersection of South Columbia Road and 11th Avenue South

Grand Forks, N.D. – Starting Sunday, October 28, traffic control in the intersection of 11th Avenue South and South Columbia Road will be installed. Beginning Monday, October 29, the two northerly lanes on 11th Avenue South will be closed. Patients, employees, and the emergency response team will still be able to turn onto 11th Avenue South using the southerly lane. The North Loop Road, the road between Altru 860 and Edgewood Parkwood, will remain closed until further notice.
