Dr. Jennifer Shaw Joins Altru Clinic in Devils Lake

Grand Forks, N.D. Jennifer Shaw, MD is joining the team at Altru Clinic in Devils Lake, North Dakota. She is board certified and treats patients from newborns to the elderly and specializes in obstetrics.

“I grew up in a rural community, so I understand that, even though patients are far away from a metropolitan hospital, they still deserve the best care close to home. And that is what I strive to provide,” states Dr. Shaw.

Dr. Shaw earned her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St Louis, Missouri. She completed her family medicine residency training at Southern Illinois University Family Medicine in Quincy, Illinois. She recently completed the Obstetrics Fellowship at Altru Family Medicine Residency in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Outside of work, Dr. Shaw enjoys scuba diving, traveling, gardening, home improvement projects, quilting, crochet, bassoon, piano, theatre, reading, history, and culinary arts. Dr. Shaw performs with and is a member of the Devils Lake Elks Community Band.
