Daniel Salvaggio, MD Joins Altru Health System

Grand Forks, N.D. – Daniel Salvaggio, MD joins the radiology team at Altru Health System. He is board-certified and specializes in musculoskeletal radiology, musculoskeletal injections/procedures, and general diagnostic radiology.

“I love radiology, as we contribute valuable information to clinical staff in a multidisciplinary approach to achieve the best possible patient outcomes,” Daniel states.

Daniel earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. After completing his preliminary general surgery internship at the New York Hospital Queens in Flushing, New York, he went on to complete his radiology-diagnostic residency at Stony Brook University Hospital. Dr. Salvaggio then completed his musculoskeletal imaging/procedural fellowship at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine in Great Neck, New York. Outside of work, Dr. Salvaggio enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, jiu-jitsu, yoga, and hockey.
