Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru Express Clinic in Devils Lake will have reduced hours effective immediately. Altru Express Clinic will be open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. The walk-in clinic will not be offering evening hours at this time.
