Altru, in partnership with community organizations, will be holding two End-of-Life Educational Panels on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at the Choice Health & Fitness community rooms. There will be two opportunities to attend: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Guest speakers will be speaking about advance directives, palliative care, hospice care, organ donation, and other end-of-life topics. After each presenter speaks, they will be available to answer questions. Advance directive forms will be available to take home.
No need to RSVP. Just add one of the panel times to your calendar and come on Thursday, November 17, 2022!
