
Every suicide is a tragedy. For loved ones left behind, it can be hard to grieve and harder to cope. TEARS (Together we Educate About the Realities of Suicide) was founded on the belief that all survivors of suicide loss deserve support, connection and hope.

This group aims to bring together those who have experienced suicide loss to understand they are not alone.
Come and share your stories, or simply listen to others. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month, from 7-8:30 p.m.
