Express eVisits allow you to initiate an appointment with a family medicine provider through your MyChart patient portal from the comfort of your home. To begin an eVisit, log in to your patient portal via your smartphone, tablet or computer, and fill out a questionnaire about your symptoms. Then, use our secure messaging system to discuss your symptoms with a provider, who can recommend treatment, order prescriptions to your pharmacy or, if necessary, request an in-person visit.
Concerns we commonly treat through eVisits include but are not limited to:
eVisits Hours:
You can initiate an eVisit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. An Altru eVisit provider will respond to your request within 4 hours Sunday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., including holidays.
