Gastroenterology specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the liver and digestive tract, including the esophagus, stomach, pancreas, gallbladder, small intestine and colon.

Altru’s gastroenterologists work closely with the professionals of Altru’s Endoscopy Center located on the second floor of Altru Professional Center.

Patients requiring in-patient gastroenterology services, such as Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) services or care for gastrointestinal bleeding, will receive care at Altru Hospital.
