Altru Announces Director of Orthopedics and Neurosciences

Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru Health System is proud to announce that Jenny Estad has accepted the Director of Orthopedics and Neurosciences position. In this new role, Jenny will oversee Altru Advanced Orthopedics and related programs and services, Altru’s Neurosciences, Employer Health Solutions, Integrative Medicine, and Regional and Outpatient Therapy Services.
“I am excited to work collaboratively with our Altru Advanced Orthopedics and Neurosciences teams to provide excellent quality of care for our patients,” expressed Jenny. “I also look forward to working more closely with the medical providers and practice managers focusing on innovative growth and engagement strategies to meet the needs of our patients now and in the future.”
Jenny joined Altru Health System 13 years ago as an occupational therapist and in 2012 was promoted to manager of Altru’s Outreach Therapy Services. In October 2015, Jenny became the manager of Altru’s Employer Health Solutions, Employee Health, and Integrative Medicine. She completed her Master’s Degree in Business Administration in April 2017 through the University of Mary. Jenny has played a key role in developing and leading cross-functional teams, promoting the health and safety of Altru employees, and developing relationships with community organizations and businesses.
