We’re committed to pricing transparency, which means you should know before your visit what your out-of-pocket costs will be. If your insurance information is correct in your active MyChart account, you can login to instantly request a personalized estimate of costs for a procedure or visit.
We are happy to help you with filing insurance claims. We are a participating provider with Medicare and with many insurance providers. If you don’t have insurance and would like to purchase it, we can help you obtain a plan through the Marketplace during open enrollment.
Finally, if you are unable to pay your bill, we offer financial assistance.

What to Expect
We’ve launched a new service to help you stay on top of your medical bills with greater ease and convenience.
As part of this initiative, some patients may receive an automated phone call from Altru with information about their outstanding balance. During the call, you will have the option to:
- Pay securely through our automated phone system, or
- Connect directly with a member of our billing team for assistance.
These calls are legitimate and part of Altru’s commitment to improving your experience. You will never be asked to provide personal or payment information via text or email.
To protect caller privacy, any call placed from Altru will display 701.780.4114 as the caller ID. This is our default number for outgoing calls. If you call this number back, you will hear a message confirming the call was from Altru and instructions on how to proceed.
