Effective September 1, 2026, Patient Financial Services (Bill Pay) has moved to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks. The department is now located in the Patient Registration Area at Altru Hospital. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Please call 701.780.1500 with any questions.

We are happy to help you with filing insurance claims. We are a participating provider with Medicare and with many insurance providers. If you don’t have insurance and would like to purchase it, we can help you obtain a plan through the Marketplace during open enrollment.
Finally, if you are unable to pay your bill, we offer financial assistance.
