Altru Announces Manager of Privacy and Compliance

Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru Health System is proud to announce Karisa Pawlowski has accepted the position of manager of privacy and compliance. Karisa has been part of Altru Health System for 10 years serving in various regulatory and compliance-driven roles; most recently as the compliance coordinator for Altru’s Home Care. Her contributions to home health, hospice, Yorhom Medical Essentials, and prosthetic and orthotic teams have been instrumental in developing and maintaining a culture of high reliability within these programs.

Karisa’s educational background is in organizational leadership and she is a certified behavioral and motivational interventionist. In her free time, Karisa enjoys spending time at the family cabin and following her son’s various sports activities.
