Grand Forks, N.D. - Self-Pay Sports Physical clinics begin Monday at Altru. Get your children ready for fall sports at locations across northeastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota.  

Here are a list of locations, dates and times of available sports physical clinics at Altru:  

  • Altru Orthopedics & Sports Medicine l To schedule, call 701.795.2000.
    • July 17: 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.
    • July 24: 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Altru Family Medicine Residency l To schedule, call 701.795.2000.
    • August 1: 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.
    • August 8: 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

    • August 1: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at Devils Lake Sports Center (Walk-in only)
