Grand Forks, N.D. — Planning for the unknown. Preparing the best you can.
Advanced care planning. Not easy to talk about, but important to do. What are advanced directives? What is palliative care and/or hospice care? How can I decide about organ donation?
Altru, in partnership with other organizations, will be holding an Advanced Care Planning educational panel on Thursday, May 9, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. at Valley Senior Living on 42nd (4000 24th Ave S, Grand Forks, ND 58201) in the Community Room.
Speakers on the panel will address topics such as advanced directives, palliative care, hospice care, insurance, financial planning, organ donation and other end-of-life topics. After each presenter speaks, they will be available to answer questions. Advanced directive forms will be available to take home.
No RSVPs needed.
