Altru Clinics in Roseau, Warroad and Greenbush Transition to LifeCare

Grand Forks, N.D. - Altru Clinics in Roseau, Warroad and Greenbush will transition to LifeCare facilities beginning Monday, July 15 at 8 a.m. Both organizations expect a seamless transition of care.  

Scheduled appointments will continue as planned. Medical records will transfer from Altru to LifeCare automatically. Patients will not be asked to take any steps to facilitate this process.

As part of the transition, changes will be made to the schedule:
•    Altru Clinic Greenbush will be closed Thursday, July 11 and Friday, July 12.
•    The Express Clinic at Altru Clinic Roseau will be open from 8 a.m. - noon on Friday, July 12.  
•    Altru Clinic Warroad will be open to patients with scheduled appointments from 8 a.m. – noon on Friday, July 12. The Express Clinic at Altru Clinic Warroad will not be open on Friday, July 12.  

Altru will continue to provide specialty services in Roseau within LifeCare’s clinic space. Cardiology, dermatology, ENT, nephrology, OB/GYN, oncology, orthopedics, urology and vascular surgery will all be offered. Altru will continue to provide dialysis services at LifeCare Clinic Roseau.
