Healthcare organizations throughout the country are settling into their new normal. With social distancing being a top priority, virtual care is emerging as an important piece of the healthcare puzzle. With options such as video visits, phone visits, or eVisits through MyChart, virtual care allows patients to receive the care they need while practicing social distancing by staying at home.
At Altru, patients can pick the virtual care option that works best for them. Whether that’s through a video visit, phone visit, or quick message to their provider through MyChart, they are able to receive their routine care from the comfort of their own home. As we are settling into our new normal, providers from all specialties and our information services team have been working together to learn new technology to offer virtual care as an option for their patients. See below for virtual options available for scheduled appointments.
