Get the care you need from home, work or anywhere in between. Altru's Video Visits and E-Visits enable you to meet with your care team without leaving the comfort of your home. If you have difficulty traveling for a doctor visit, or if you need specialist care that isn’t available locally, telemedicine technology provides live, interactive video and audio between you and your doctor or specialist, even from many miles away. You’ll need a smartphone or tablet for a video visit, and you can request a video or E-Visit through your active MyChart account.

Virtual Care Hours
Video Visits are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For care after hours, initiate an Express E-Visit. Express E-Visits are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. An Altru E-Visit provider will respond to your request within 24 hours.
