Dhishver Velusamy, MD, is a family medicine resident at Altru. He is passionate about establishing excellent rapport with patients to establish a trustful and therapeutic relationship. Outside of work, Dr. Velusamy enjoys experiencing different cuisines, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

"My love for science, especially biology and the human body, led me to the field of medicine. I chose family medicine as my specialty because of my desire to teach and form long-lasting therapeutic relationships with my patients. I am keen on providing comprehensive care with an emphasis on preventive medicine to all my patients."
