Ivan Bustillo, MD

Ivan Bustillo, MD, is an oncologist at Altru. He is motivated by witnessing the smiles and tears from patients when they hear the words, "You are cured," or "You are getting better." Outside of work, Dr. Bustillo enjoys reading and going to the gym.

"I have a simple philosophy of treating patients the way I would like my loved ones to be treated. Other than my knowledge and skill set in Oncology, I see myself as a person giving hope, companionship and understanding through perhaps one of the most difficult times in someone´s life. That part is just as important to patients as a correct diagnosis and treatment plan."
