Kadee Schlenker, RRT, is a respiratory therapist at Altru Hospital in Devils Lake. She provides specialized expertise in respiratory care, supporting patient assessments, treatments, education, and individualized care plans. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, hunting, spending time with her dogs, and being with family and friends.

"I was drawn to respiratory therapy because I have always wanted to help people in meaningful ways, especially during moments when they are most vulnerable. Being able to support a patient’s ability to breathe- something so essential to life is both a privilege and a responsibility that motivates me every day. In my practice, I approach each patient with compassion, patience, and respect, recognizing that every individual’s situation is unique. I focus on clear communication, patient education, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure each patient receives safe, effective, and personalized care."
