Philosophy of Medicine
"My passion for healthcare began with a desire to help people navigate some of life's most challenging and important moments. As a registered nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner, I have had the privilege of caring for patients across a variety of settings, including emergency cardiac and stroke care, obstetrics, lactation support, rural health, and primary care.
Working in rural healthcare further strengthened my appreciation for building lasting relationships with patients and providing comprehensive, accessible care for individuals and families across all stages of life. I approach each patient as a whole person, taking the time to understand their health concerns, lifestyle, goals, and unique circumstances. My goal is to partner with patients to develop individualized care plans that support their long-term health and well-being while ensuring they feel heard, respected, and involved in their healthcare decisions.”
