Parking & Transportation
A large parking lot for patients and guests is available south of the hospital, with access from Columbia Rd. and 13th Avenue South. This provides convenient access for patients and visitors and supports a smooth arrival experience.
Transportation Assistance
During prime weekday business hours, greeters can provide transportation support at the main entrance of the hospital, including parking your vehicle.
Courtesy Shuttles
Courtesy shuttles (Altru-branded small transport vehicles or an Altru accessible van) can be called to transport patients if they have appointments on the Columbia Rd. campus that are in different buildings.
Courtesy shuttle hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. No courtesy shuttle on weekends. Accessed by calling 701.780.1079.
City Bus
The city bus has a stop between Altru Clinic (Altru 1300) and Valley Senior Living. Patients will be able to call 701.780.1079 for a courtesy shuttle to take them over to the new hospital, if needed, or other locations on campus.
