Altru Announces Manager of Employer Health Solutions

Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru Health System is proud to announce April Kraemer has accepted the role of manager of Employer Health Solutions. In this role, April will oversee occupational medicine, employee health, integrative medicine, and Altru Clinic in Thief River Falls. She brings a breadth of knowledge for regional care into her role, which she looks forward to utilizing in growing these services.

April joined Altru in 2000 as an occupational therapist. She’s worked in all Altru’s Minnesota regional locations, with experience in skilled nursing, outpatient care, inpatient care, home health, and pediatrics. In 2013, she became the manager of Altru’s Regional Therapy, overseeing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology throughout our region. April is a graduate of the University of North Dakota, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.
