Altru Announces Manager of Patient Contact Center

Altru Health System is proud to announce that Rohini Gawande has accepted the position of manager of the Patient Contact Center. In her role, Rohini will oversee the daily operations and productivity of the patient contact center. Prior to this role, Rohini served as an intern in the Primary Care Administration department.

Rohini earned her Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the Maharashtra University of Health Science in Maharashtra, India. She went on to earn master’s degrees in both Kinesiology and Pubic Education, with a focus on health care, from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Outside of work, Rohini enjoys painting, reading, traveling, and cooking. She and her husband, Jivan Thakare, have two kids, Shree (3) and Racheal (9 months).
