Altru Welcomes Roberta Young as Associate Chief Nursing Officer

Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru is pleased to welcome Roberta Young as Associate Chief Nursing Officer. As the Associate CNO, Roberta will provide clinical leadership for several inpatient areas and service lines. She looks forward to supporting Altru’s bold new era.
“I have always found it a privilege to serve patients by building trusting and healing relationships,” Young explains. “I have a special interest in the promotion of people becoming the best decision-makers for their own healthcare decisions.”
Roberta has nursing and executive leadership experience in a variety of patient care settings in a large integrated health care system. She received her nursing degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and her Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Mary. She is certified through the American Organization of Nurse Executives. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family on the farm. She likes to sing, read and be outdoors.
